B.Y.E Burst DMG: 3x240 > 3x235
B.Y.E Blast DMG: 460% > 510%
C.Y.A now ignites on hit, with its damage changed from 1800% > 1300%
Reimplemented Skill: Aero-Rig! Dash in a line through the air, latching onto terrain. Still needs polish so expect some funk

A balance update, trying to tune the absurd damage while still meeting thresholds and add more item synergies base kit. Also rebalanced attenuation and sfx volume to better match other survivors
