Elysium Loader Skin

Adds a new skin to Loader for those who prefer a thicker alternative for our favorite survivor.

Loader has been lacking some skins, so I decided to add this, and maybe more to come, to the pool. Since this is my first skin, it might not have the polish I wish it to have but what can you do. Huge thanks to 12GaugeAwayFromFace, KingEnderBrine, and Ebkr for the help.

Know Issues

• Minor/Major clipping due to new and attached meshes(as seen with the hat and robe)
• Model shoulder seems off due to bones
• Clipping while jumping

To-Do

• Clean up mesh if not try to refine it
• Add alternate mesh for the Mech arms(Model's done needs to be rigged)
• Add config for more skin options
• Make more skins for Loader
• Learn to code more for dynamic bones
• Sleep
