Twelve items for Risk of Rain 2, based on this r/riskofrain post. Some are good. Most are lowkey mid.

| Feral Scrungler | Green | 1% (+0.0005% per stack) chance on kill to summon the Scrungler. Elites that die within 40m of it leave a gagwini bubble that applies 1 stack of blib to each monster inside. Blib makes electric damage hit 3% (+1% per blib stack) harder. When the Scrungler dies, it pops into one last gagwini bubble. |
| Voracious Fangs | Red | Every kill unleashes the fury of the dark lord: 600% base damage to everything within 16m (+4m per stack), plus a pile of explosions that grows with stacks. Important bosses (teleporter bosses, final bosses) are immune. |
| Thingamajig | Boss | Summons 1 (+1 per stack) Fat Chud. Every time you use a jump pad, the chuds get teleported onto your flight path. Can show up in any teleporter boss's drops. Secret: bring it to the flux terminal... |

| Twisted Baculum | Lunar | Any enemy that aims at you with line of sight dies instantly. You smell bad, though: -10% max health (+10% per stack), applied as curse. |
| Orbital Strike Cannon | Equipment (3 hour cooldown) | Calls down a 20m orbital strike on your crosshair for 100% damage. Items caught in it drop one tier, and whites are destroyed. Still works in Hidden Realms (sorry, Captain). Worse than Recycler. |

| Chalice of Blood | Hallowed | Every time you use a skill (click a button), 10% chance to apply blib to the nearest enemy. Whenever you apply blib to an enemy, you win the run. Gagwini bubbles from your Scrungler count too. |
| Hex of Mild Discomfort | Hex | All chests cost 1 (+1 per stack) extra gold. Scales with time (difficulty coefficient squared, so it's 1 gold early and brutal late). Stacks from all players add up. |
| Hex of Dismemberment | Hex | Your character loses their legs (leg bones get shrunk to nothing), can't jump, and crawls around on their belly. Jump pads still work. |
The flux terminal secret (spoilers)
Use any multishop terminal (one that costs money) while carrying a Thingamajig. It eats the Thingamajig and gives you 5 Plungers.

Needs the .NET SDK. References are taken from the game install and an r2modman profile (default: Dev).
