This mod is a slow project to eventually and gradually google translate every ror2 text 100 times and let it be in the game. No mods were really updated in a way I like, so I made this as a way to satiate myself. Also If i don't have projects to do, I get depressed.
R2modman is recommended.
If you want to manually install it for some stinkin' reason:
Download and install BepInExPack and R2API and follow their installation instructions
Put the content of the plugins folder from the zip into your BepInEx/plugins folder
