This mod aims to make some of the worse items from the DLC better until we get official rebalances.
Each item has a config to disable the changes.

Knockback Fin Now has a 10% (+10% per stack) chance. Now deals 100% (+0% per stack) TOTAL damage when knocking around enemies. (This attack has a procCoeff of 0) Now works on airborne enemies, knocking them down instead. (This can deal mild fall damage.) Now works on bosses & champions. (at reduced knockback) Proc damage inspired by Boxing Glove. |

Antler Shield Now gives 7 (+7 per stack) Armor. Always reflects damage. Reflect damage increased to 100% (+100% per stack). Reflect damage now has a procCoeff of 1. (was 0.3 before) |

Chronic Expansion Fixed the damage at 1 item stack being 6%. Fixed* the damage granted not scaling with level ups. (*Unclear if this is a bug or bad design decision) Capped buff amount at 5. Removed buffs granting more damage per buff. Should be a more consistently useful item, while cutting some edge cases. (Forgive me please spam) |

Bolstering Lantern Now activates at 75% health. Now grants 5% (+5% per stack) damage and 20% (+20% per stack) speed. Another speed white should help balance things out and the mod makes 2 other whites better damage options too. |

Unstable Transmitter Now deals 3500% (+875% per stack) damage. Now deals damage in a range of 35. (up from 25) Now grants 5 seconds of Immune instead of 2 seconds of Hidden Invincibility. Now works if you have elixir. (Before, Elixir prevents it from activating entirely.) |

Noxious Thorn Fixed it not applying multiple stacks of bleed. Fixed it not applying more debuffs. Applies debuffs with Coeff of 1, instead of based on attack that triggered it. Now applies Bleed and Debuffs at the same time. | |

Prayed Beads Fixed always counting as -1 item stack if you scrapped it. Fixed counting as one less than what you have when printed. Now is +10% stats per stack. | ||

War Bonds Now grants 100 + (75 gold) on stage start. Now grants upwards of a 30% damage boost and 40% speed boost the more money you have. Capping at 400 gold. (Scales with Time) Buff inspired by Golden Gun. Instead of lowering the gold needed, the gold increase per stack should suffice. |

Growth Nectar Now counts the following items as buffs: -Runald & Kjaros Band -Singularity Band -Safer Spaces -Bens Raincoat -Spectral Circlet -Cautious Slug -Rose Buckler -Frost Relic |

Runic Lens Removed the 50% proc chance cap. Removed the 7500% damage cap. This item is still like really bad on strong hits and better on small hits. |

Elites |

Twisted Elites Limited thorn reflect range to 21m. (The bubble itself is 31.5m large as comparison) 0.0 Proc Coeffiecent. This means elite effects like Malachite aren't applied by thorns Short Cooldown. (Prevents multiple thorns from shotgun-like attacks) This should make them far less evil. The range limit might be too small even but it makes "staying further away" an actual counter strategy. |
