Changes Mercenary's 3rd basic attack to be unaffected by attack speed, this lets you get consistent m1 extends without worrying about picking up attack speed boost note: by m1 extend, I mean carrying the hitbox of the 3rd basic attack, not just cancelling it, this lets you expose large groups of enemies by dashing right as the hitbox becomes active, and is normally harmed by the fact that attack speed shortens hitbox duration
