Flavored Commando

Adds a few new primaries to Commando with some extra spicy gimmicks!

Current primaries include:

• Triple Tap, centered around item proccing
• Headshot, centered around critical strikes

Other notes / features:

• No configs yet
• No skill icons yet
• Not sure if I will ever get there, but I do plan to add SkillsPlusPlus compatibility
