Scavenger Reward Nerf

Scavengers only drop one item instead of a sack with 10. White, green and red weights are configurable.
Up to 5 (configurable) scavengers per stage can drop an item.
Does not take effect before looping (configurable) so going to Sundered Grove on a slow run for the chance of a scavenger is still viable.

I made this to be used with LoopAugments to further increase the difficulty of long runs.

Likely won't be updated other than for bug fixes, if there are any game breaking problems you can contact me (acats) on discord.

Untested on multiplayer.
