Old behavior: Taking damage to below 40% health consumes this item, resetting all skill cooldowns and increasing damage by 50% for 5 seconds. Regenerates at the start of each stage.
New behavior: Activating Secondary skill reduces Special skill cooldown by 15%, and increases damage by 5% (+5% per stack) for 5 seconds.
Healing Salve: Increased healing duration from 5 -> 10.
Spark of Courage: Increased armor from 10 -> 15.
Iron Branch: Increased stat increase from 1.5% -> 2%.
Kaya, Yasha, and Sange no longer automatically combine.
Kaya: Increased damage base/per stack from 12% -> 15%.
Yasha: Increased attack speed base/per stack from 15% -> 20%.
Yasha and Kaya: Increased damage base/per stack from 18% -> 22.5%.

Fixed all sources of cooldown reduction being broken (Fairy's Trinket, and Kaya's upgrades). Scaling might be slightly worse, barely worth noting.
Shadow Amulet: Invisibility now lingers for 1 second after moving.
Sange, Sange and Yasha, Kaya and Sange, and Trident: Health regeneration now scales with level.
This occurs in vanilla for most sources of passive health regen.
Radiance: Radius rescaled from 25m/+10m to 30m.
Radiance: Ignite damage base/per stack reduced from 200%/200% -> 150%/150%.
Radiance: Burn duration reduced from 5 -> 3.
Radiance: Miss chance increased from 15% -> 25%.
These changes try to make Radiance less of a free win if you have Ignition Tank, and center its identity more on the unique type of evasion it provides.

Tranquil Boots: Fixed out-of-danger movement speed bonus being way too high.
