Adds sniper with some changes to the gamelittle sniper mod I made
max charge damage increases by 10% per backup mag
can only reload when at 0 ammo but if you press r during the reload the next attack will do 2x damage at max charge
moved the slot to 1 so the game can actually work when you don't have other survivor mods yeah im dumb
