Captain's Busted Diablo Strike

Tired of waiting 20 seconds every single time? Wish the ability was less meme-y and more useful? Well, me too. So I made this change: The more attack speed you have, the less time it takes to launch the nuke.

How it works:

You start with 20 seconds of duration, same as the vanilla game, and as you stack attackSpeed buffs, it get's closer and closer to 5 seconds! NEW FEATURE: Not satisfied with that 5 seconds, or how slow it is to get any close to it? Edit the config file and change the values to your liking!

ChangeLog:

1.1.0: Now Fully customizable! Change how easy it is to get 3 seconds Diablos. Heck, make it 0 seconds from the get-go! (Not actually tested,but should work in theory).
1.0.1: Bugfix involving the Hardlight Afterburner item: Now both the skill's duration and stocks remaining will appear above the Diablo Strike icon. Credits to Fluff for finding this bug.

TODO:

Modify the ability description so that it reflects the change made in this mod.
Fix a bug where the skill's duration doesn't reset fully if all the attack speed buffs are removed.
Make the animation of the Diablo Strike go faster according the the actual duration.
Test it on multiplayer.
