HEL-P

adds an awesome healing drone with lasers and zaps and team healing and shit

it's literally just marvel rivals Ultron (slightly tweaked)

i made this in 4 hours off a random adhd spike so don't expect anything crazy besides a silly flying pseudo support

realistically unless people show interest it probably isn't going to be fleshed out because of that

Added custom crosshair
Base movement speed: 16m/s > 14m/s
Base acceleration: 40 > 60
ENCEPHALO-RAY ending lag: 0.7s > 0.85s - baseline dps feels a little too high for a "support" drone
Holding jump now ascends
Holding interact now descends - i would've loved using the sprint input for this but the game is absolutely insane in the way it processes that input so this'll have to do for the time being
Moved HEL-P further down the CSS list. he is not that important to be next to big 'mando.
