Adds a little blurb of flavor text when you hover over skins in the lobbySkinFlavorText
adds some cute flavor text for every skin in the game
currently supports every vanilla skin + hunk skins
huge thanks to PlNK, Swuff, ebbysauce and SenseiJamesX for the writing here
to add flavor text for your own mod skins you just need to register a langtoken of your skin nametoken eg ROB_HUNK_BODY_DEFAULT_SKIN_NAME, but replace NAME with DESC eg ROB_HUNK_BODY_DEFAULT_SKIN_DESC, and the mod handles the rest. no dependency or reference is needed
