Torterra REX

Adds a torterra skin for REX.

btw this is my first time using blender so expect a heavy moderate amount of jank with the model.

todo:

• fix legs during jumping animation (might be difficult cause REX's legs are kinda weird)
• add tail physics
• replace the vines from the run animation
