Shrine that lets you reroll white, green, and red items. With a chance to upgrade them, downgrade them, or even destroy them!Shrine of Transmutation
Adds the Shrine of Transmutation, a shrine that will take a random white, green, or red item and will reroll that item to another of the same rarity, upgrade it, downgrade it, or even destroy it. Scrap always takes priority for the shrine.
