Adds a few new cards to have fun with.

Cards

Boots of the Mad King: Makes your Gravity negative which allows you to float infinitely
Smash Brother: Greatly increases your knockback while reducing your damage
Recall: Blocking causes you to teleport to where you were 3 seconds ago
Size Difference: Makes you huge and tanky, and lose size and health over time
Second Wind: Taking damage causes you to regenerate based on your max health
Instability: Shooting an opponent causes them to teleport around randomly for a bit
Plague: Deal 10% of nearby enemies max health per second.
