Ammo + Projectiles - 1 This is based on the fact that firing projectiles for some reason consumes that amount in ammo UNLESS there isnt enough ammo to consume, in which all projectiles fire anyway. Gesundheit treats it so that you fire your whole mag, and the last bullet fires how many projectiles you have, as you cant fire projectiles with 0 bullets left in your gun, and the other options were to have it fire first, which would result in nothing as it gets included with the rest of the shot, rendering projectiles useless, or have it use multiples of projectile, which might be neat, but would feel awkward.
+50% reload time (as in it takes longer for you to reload, this is the "real downside" to the card)
+5° spread (this was moreso so you could actually tell you fired multiple things lol)
