Rounds Card Fix Patch

So, I've been playing rounds a long time, like a really long time; Not Anarkey long mind you, but 1.3k hours is still not nothing. and like, as I've been playing I've noticed there are some isseus with the cards. You'll take a card, it'll say one thing, but does it really do that thing? sometimes. not always, and then there are bugs, so many bugs. game has a lot of code and a lot of cards, of course there are bugs. but you can just never tell if it'll have a bug or not. you dont know what to expect. I dont like that. Now, i've been coding for a very very long time. some people, good people, say i know what i'm doing when it comes to coding. I'd like to think i'm one of the best; helps the self-esteem. So anyways, I figured I should fix this problem of never knowing if a card will do what it says it does. So i made a patch, very good patch, the best patch even. this patch here, with it you'll always know the awnser to that question, it fixes all the expectaions when it comes to your cards and their functionality.
