Doubles a bucket's pouring range when it contains seawater while preserving vanilla pouring behavior for other liquids.Bucket pour range double from vanilla when it's taking sea water.
If it's other liquid, remain vanilla pouring distance.
This is to let bucket still be able to drink other liquid like vanilla.
If you want to change only vanilla spilling offset value, maximum is 0.42f (vanilla 0.3f)
more than 0.42f will cause bucket unable to drink water normally (It spill will pass drinking collision)
