Fixed: Distribution now uses proper "fill from bottom" algorithm. When balancing, the mod gives product to the dealer with the least until they reach the second lowest, then gives to both until they reach the third lowest, and so on. This ensures all dealers stay as balanced as possible at every step.
Fixed: Phase 2 (even distribution after balancing) now also uses the fill-from-bottom approach instead of simple even splitting.
