Adjusted Real Estate
Adjusts property prices in Schedule I to more balanced values: Sweatshop (10k), Bungalow (75k), Barn (150k), Warehouse (200k)Adjusted Real Estate
This mod changes the prices of the following properties:
- Sweatshop: 10,000
- Bungalow: 75,000
- Barn: 150,000
- Warehouse: 200,000
The values can be changed in /UserData/AdjustedRealEstate.cfg
It waits until the game is fully loaded so that properties get their correct prices.
Feel free to use and modify for personal use, I really don't care.
