Probably a lot more. Customer relation mechanics still need to be improved. They seem to reset after every gameplay session. They should have stronger preferences when it comes to your product. Ideally, you're going to maximize profits and minimize risks by keeping your dealers stocked with products specifically tailored to the customers assigned to them. Hopefully this will be achievable in the near-future.
