Chair Fixulator Plugin

This plugin will fix chairs such as Booth Seats and stools in diners that have become inactive and re-enable the ability to sit on them. This also fixes the inability to sit on chairs that have been moved by the player so now you can sit on your desk chairs in your apartment.

Config

The plugin will generate a config file under BepinEx/Config with a single option called "experimentalFixes". Enable this setting to also fix the issue with NPCs moving items causing them to be become disabled for player interaction. I put it under experimental because I don't know if it will break anything to reset that state, but I play with it on and it seems okay. Toggle at your own risk.
