displays 1v1 and 2v2 spawn points in game

features:

• displays spawnpoints based on selected game mode (1v1/2v2)
• configurable settings:
  • visibility toggle
  • gamemode selector (1v1/2v2)
  • hotkey for toggling the visibility (default f5)
  • hotkey for refreshing the spawns on the current map (default f6)
  • team colors (default: blue/red)
  • beam length
