Chat Images

This plugin allows images to be used within Chat messages. By sending a message /img [uri] or plain [uri], the chat messages will download the image and display in the chat. Use cases of these range from any image handout such as items or monsters, cards. This is an alpha release for those who are brave to experiment with it.
