CardShopCoop — True Co-op Multiplayer

Run the card shop together. One shared shop with shared money, XP, card collection (graded cards included), prices, stock, customers, licenses, bills, expansions, tournaments, grading and the daily market — over Steam lobbies (friend invites or a public browser with optional passwords) or LAN.

What your partner can do

Everything that matters: serve the register (click items to scan, or hold V), run customer trade-ins/sell-ins through the game's real trade screen, restock, set prices, order stock and furniture, hire staff, pay bills, buy licenses, open packs into the shared collection.

Quick start

  1. Install on both PCs (same version on both — the mod checks).
  2. Press F2 in game. Host: load your save, click Host. Friend: join via Steam invite, the lobby browser, or LAN IP. The shop downloads in ~30-60s.
  3. The joiner plays as a guest in the host's save — your own saves are never touched.

Content mods (PTCGO / EPL)

Fully supported: the join handshake verifies both players' mod sets with readable messages, auto-syncs the custom-card ID registry (one restart), warns when product catalogs differ, and refunds orders the host can't fulfill. Run the same content packs on both PCs for the full experience. Hosting a brand-new save? Play past the tutorial first so the modded catalog registers.

Notes

  • Host-authoritative: the host's save is the world; guests don't take progress home.
  • 2 players primary; extra joiners relayed by the host.
  • Staff management beyond hiring is host-only (the game has no joiner path to it).
  • Problems? Both PCs write BepInEx/CardShopCoop_<number>.log — include both in a report.
