Makes Skill Control also show the vanilla Possession UISkill Control Fix
This is a mod that fixes Skill Control by making the vanilla possession UI visible again.
This may not be required in the future if the original Skill Control is updated to have this built-in.
This requires the original Skill Control as a dependency.
