Add collision to TABS Clothing!Cloth Collider
Make clothing have an active collision/collider. Giving the sense of CLOTH COLLISION!
The collision used is optimized alongside its mesh as well by reducing vertices and triangles by 2X and shrinking its collision by half, but it might lag if there's too much collision so beware!
Recommended by a spider in my laptop, bro is vibing tho fr.

Possible Issues
Due to this being a prototype, there are bound to be issues arising, here are some possible issues I encountered during testings:
- Collision may cause lag if there's much clothing.
- Possibility of a weapon or projectile being blocked by clothing.
- Unit not walking properly.
