If you're not using the first save slot you will have to edit your SkipInfo.cfg. (You can do this via r2modman)
Change the SaveSlot parameter accordingly. For the... ...FIRST save slot set it to 0 ...SECOND save slot set it to 1 ...THIRD save slot set it to 2
