Better Weapon Colour Menu

This mod adds a bunch of new features to the custom weapon colour feature, these include:

1. The ability Copy and Paste colours (even across different guns!).
2. Random colour option.
3. Have parts of a weapon copy the variant colour of that weapon (thanks tony for doing all that code).
4. The ability to import presets into the custom colours section.
5. The ability to save custom made colours as presets
6. The ability to make certain weapon effects such as the blue revolvers alt shot copy the preset colour of the gun
