Added Health Bars. Inspired by the old Healthbars mod by EladNLG. Shows current HP, Max HP, and recent damage taken. Bosses have their healthbars off by default.
Made 'Stronger Enemies' upgrades more consistent. Only exception is Drones (this is most commonly Soldier -> Drone) can become four different 'drone-like' enemies. I thought this was interesting enough to leave in.
Fixed Tankify enemies by using Radiant logic. Unfortuantely for now, it gives enemies a radiant glow.
Fixed 0-2 Softlock for Stronger Enemies and Safe Randomizer. (Single enemies are no longer replaced.)
