Allows usage of WEBM instead of MP4 in the museum for UNIX systems.
Makes "The Tragedy of systemd" a much more gripping experience than ever before.

NOTE: Requires you to provide your own uk_museum_ingame.webm. FFMpeg instructions included in GitHub page.

IMPORTANT: The WEBM file has to be encoded with libvpx (vp8)/libvorbis, other codecs will not work!
