Spawns damage numbers when hitting enemies

Has config options to change color, alpha, and size, with a menu to change them in game.

KNOWN ISSUES:

• Damage that kills an enemy doesn't display perfectly accurate damage numbers. It's fixable but I don't find it to be a big enough issue.
