for the mod you'll need to install bepinex (https://thunderstore.io/c/ultrakill/p/BepInEx/BepInExPack/) and configgy (https://thunderstore.io/c/ultrakill/p/Hydraxous/Configgy/)
then simply drag and drop the .dll and bundle (followermod) provided in the folder into a new folder in
...\ULTRAKILL\BepInEx\plugins
(e.g. make a folder in your plugins named Followermod and put the .dll and bundle in it)
