No Cheats When Typing
basically when i was typing in unity explorer the cheats menu was open and it kept activing cheats
and like i could manually disable the binds or whatever but i made this instead
also only use this if you actually need it might affect perfomance idk i haven't tested it
all this does btw is check if the event system has an active text input and prevents cheats from activating
