First public release, under the name PotionPool.

• Hovering a Blood Potion, Bloodwine, or Mixed Blood Potion in the inventory or hotbar adds the Blood Pool I-V bonus lines to its tooltip.
• Ranged bonuses are scaled to the potion's quality; tiers the potion does not reach are grayed out.
• Mixed potions show the tiers for the primary blood type.
• Blood type and quality are read from the tooltip text the game already shows; the potion, Blood Pool, and server are never touched.
• Client only.
