AOEMining

AOEMining adds optional area-of-effect mining to Valheim.

Features

• Hold Left Shift while mining to activate AOE mining.
• Without Left Shift, mining behaves normally.
• AOE radius scales linearly with the Pickaxes skill:
  • Skill 0: 1 m
  • Skill 100: 4 m
• Each AOE swing keeps the total pickaxe damage distributed across the affected targets instead of multiplying the damage.
• Current tuning adds +4 total pickaxe damage per AOE swing before the damage is distributed.

Supported targets

AOEMining is intended to affect:

• Stone
• Copper
• Tin
• Silver
• Flametal
• Black Marble
• Mistlands black-marble structures such as skeleton skulls and ribcage pieces
• Old swords / weapon remains in the Mistlands

Excluded:

• Black Metal
• Obsidian
• Muddy Scrap

Installation

Install through a Thunderstore-compatible mod manager, or place:

plugins/AOEMining.dll

into your BepInEx/plugins folder.

Controls

Left Shift (hold): activate AOE mining.
