Add zzz in normal chat to repeat the current top-left status for everyone. Accept three or more Zs in any mix of uppercase and lowercase, with a five-second shared cooldown.
Use X of Y players asleep and announce Everyone went to sleep. Sweet dreams! once when everyone is in bed.
