๐ŸŽจ BalrondBannerColorizer - Mod Documentation

Overview

BalrondBannerColorizer adds a full dyeing system for several decorative build pieces in Valheim.
Players can craft dyes and use them to recolor banners, carpets, cloth hangings, crystal walls, and darkwood roof tiles.

A new Dye Station allows players to craft dyes and customize decorations anytime.

โš ๏ธ The mod is server compatible but recommended for all players in multiplayer for full visual consistency.

Dyes are crafted at the Dye Station and can be applied to supported build pieces.

๐Ÿ–Œ How Dyeing Works

  1. Craft dyes at the Dye Station
  2. Place the dye in hotbar slots 1โ€“8
  3. Hover over a supported build piece
  4. Use the dye item while the hover information is visible

Hover UI Displays

  • Build piece name
  • Dye usage hint
  • Current dye color
  • Default dye color

Using a dye will instantly recolor the object and synchronize the change with all players.

To return to the original look, use the default dye color shown in the hover text.
