0.5.27 — 2026-10-27
- Added public AI-creation disclosure to documentation and compiled metadata.
- Prepared matching GitHub, Thunderstore, Hexium and Nexus release packages.
- Retained 0.5.26 gameplay, approved fitting defaults, stats, material costs, quests, weapon modes and all 36 embedded resources.
- The only changed runtime method is the startup version log.
0.5.26 — 2026-10-27
- Made completed in-game weapon position, rotation and size adjustments built-in defaults.
- Removed the temporary F9 fitting editor and retired obsolete fitting settings safely.
- Updated the quiver-panel default position; retained existing progression and assets.
Changes since the previous public Nexus build
- Added Steel Longsword: two-handed attacks and four appearances at qualities 1, 4, 7 and 10.
- Added Armour Fang: one physical weapon switching between blunt hammer and piercing, ore-mining pick with Y. Both modes share quality, durability and quenching progress.
- Added individual-item quenching quests before material and battle-idol upgrades. Damage contributes only when an eligible enemy dies; the final hit is not required. Shields count contributed enemy deaths while equipped, without requiring a block.
- Replaced trophy-based material upgrades with the accepted biome material path.
- Kept battle idols above level 10. Late quests rise from 20 foes at target level 11 to 50 at level 30 and remain capped at 50 per level.
- Moved the smaller tracker to the right of the hotbar and added the N visibility toggle.
- Simplified the locked crafting label to "Steel needs Quenching."
- Preserved saved weapon progress and completed stages during quest-goal migration.
These are consolidated development changes. The final binary and multiplayer transport still require live in-game verification; automated checks are not a substitute for that check.
