Install or update
- Select Valheim in Thunderstore Mod Manager or r2modman.
- Install or update Biohazards Valheim to 1.2.1, including every dependency.
- Close Valheim before updating, then use Start modded.
- Read the setup guide and apply for whitelist access in Discord.
Join biohazards.playit.plus:15746. Steam only; whitelist access, no server password. Server settings remain easy death and 3x resources. The configured 60-player cap has not been load-tested.
Trash button
Drag an unwanted item to the inventory trash can and confirm. Trashing permanently destroys that item and returns no materials. This pack asks for confirmation every time, disables quick trash and new hotkeys, and protects the hotkey bar. Favorited items are protected too.
The underlying Quick Stack Store Sort Trash Restock mod includes other features. This pack disables its extra stacking, sorting, restocking, and store-all buttons and retains vanilla chest controls by default. It does not add inventory slots.
Protected regeneration
The Biohazards server uses RegeneratingWorld with terrain restoration disabled. It must not flatten bases, refill excavations, or erase paths through terrain-reset settings.
- Tracked natural ore and non-growing resources renew after 30 in-game days. Tracked wild vegetation with a plantable equivalent uses three times its normal growth period. Resources already gone before the mod was installed cannot all be recovered.
- Eligible dungeons and unprotected Fuling camps, Dvergr sites, and Ashlands fortresses use a 30 in-game day cycle.
- Crafting stations protect a 100-meter horizontal radius. Keep stations covering your settlements, especially older plantings.
- Nearby players delay renewal. The mod also checks player builds, storage, graves, dropped items, planted crops, and tamed animals; protected sites wait instead of partially resetting.
- Traders, starting stones, and outdoor boss arenas are excluded by the mod. Boss progression and player inventory settings are not reset.
Matching RegeneratingWorld and ModCore are required on clients. Single-player regeneration is disabled in the supplied client configuration; the community server controls its own settings. Do not enable terrain restoration in a copied server configuration.

Compatibility and support
Prepared against Valheim 1.0.15, Steam build 25390671. Dedicated-server plugin startup and a copied-world load were checked. Full client UI, multiplayer joins, and every dungeon family have not been tested. Keep backups; report unexpected behavior in Discord. No mod can provide an absolute guarantee against game bugs.
Do not copy the dedicated server's patched game DLL or MaxPlayerCount to clients. Quests and player marketplace features are not included. Use a separate mod-manager profile for other servers.
Credits
Dependencies are downloaded from their original authors: denikson, Advize, shudnal, ValheimModding, Goldenrevolver, and jg224. This package distributes configuration and dependency references, not their DLLs.
Chest mod live trial — 1.2.1
Adds AzuCraftyBoxes 1.8.19, AzuCraftyBoxesBuildingOnly 1.6.0, MultiUserChest 0.6.2 and Jotunn 2.30.1. All are required on the server and every client. Use the exact pack dependencies. Chest building and crafting are enabled in the supplied configuration; machine filling stays off. F8 toggles building, F9 crafting, F10 machines locally. Range is 20 meters; leave-one-item is enabled. Existing inventory capacity, rates, death and base-protection settings are unchanged.
Multi User Chest permits simultaneous chest access. The owner authorized a live trial without a complete multiplayer test. Combined item-transfer behavior is not yet verified. Report missing/duplicated items, desync or chest errors in Discord immediately. AzuCraftyBoxes is marked deprecated upstream; this pack pins the specific version supported by its fixes addon. Do not independently substitute another CraftyBoxes release.
