Physical Progression

Grow stronger as you explore Valheim. Physical Progression increases your maximum health and stamina as you train Run, Swim, Jump, and Sneak.

Features

• Start with an additional 15 maximum health and 15 maximum stamina.
• Gain another 1 maximum health and stamina for every five trained levels in each of the four skills, or you can set it to 0 to only have the initial bonus!
• Reach a total bonus of 95 health and stamina with all four skills at level 100 at default settings.
• Customize the starting bonuses and each skill's contribution.

Each skill contributes separately. For example, Run at level 50 adds 10 health and stamina on top of the starting bonuses.

Bonuses follow your current trained skill levels, so losing skill levels can reduce them. Changes take effect with the game's normal food/stat update and do not instantly heal you or refill stamina.

Installation

Close Valheim and copy the included BepInEx folder into your Valheim installation or mod-manager profile. The DLL belongs in BepInEx/plugins/PhysicalProgression.

Configuration

The first launch creates BepInEx/config/physicalprogression.valheim.cfg. Close the game before editing settings, then restart to apply them.

Each skill has its own section. HealthAt100 and StaminaAt100 set that skill's total contribution at level 100. Contributions are awarded in five-level steps and rounded down to whole points. Settings accept whole numbers from 0 to 10000.

Multiplayer

Install the mod on each player's computer that should receive the bonuses. Installation on a dedicated server is not required. Settings are local to each player; the mod does not enforce or synchronize configuration through the server.

Physical Progression does not write custom character progression data. Other mods that change maximum health or stamina may affect the resulting totals.
