Random Teleport (RTP)

Teleport to a random safe location on the map.

How to use

Type /rtp in chat. The mod will search for a safe position and teleport you there.

What counts as "safe"?

Each candidate position is validated against these criteria:

• Not ocean — avoids ocean biome
• Above water level — position must be above 30 blocks height
• Within world bounds — respects the map border (~10,000 blocks from center)
• Solid ground — you always land on terrain

Search behavior

• Default range: 1,000 – 8,000 blocks from your current position
• Tests up to 10,000 positions before giving up
• Shows progress messages while searching ("Still searching... (X attempts)")
• Works in unloaded chunks (uses the world generator)
• Only one RTP search at a time per player
• Your position is automatically saved for /back

Note

The mod guarantees solid ground outside the ocean, but does not check the destination biome. You might end up in Plains, Mistlands, or any other biome — that's part of the adventure!
