Why can't we harvest Magecaps and Jotun Puffs with scythe? Let's fix this!

• Now Jotun Puffs and Magecaps are harvestable with a scythe.

Notes

• Jotun Puffs and Magecaps that have fully grown before the mod installation remain unharvestable with a scythe. Mushroom saplings are safe, no need to replant them.
