- Made the crystals on Prisvallia cleaner
- Adjusted the eitr charge up cost for Prisvallia because I forgot to before.
- Prisvallia laser reduced crystal spawn chance to 25%
- Adjusted the balance of some debuff status effects applied to enemies, and made them a bit more interesting, also to reduce description length
- Made 3rd tier ravalon ammo no longer need charred cogwheels, they now use proustite powder instead.

- reverted previous two handed changes, I shouldnt force how people want to play, if you wish to dual wield them in earlygame however, do not expect a balanced experience.
- made some changes to the basic attack for Illuminant Prisvallia, I felt that it was a bit too obtrusive, the new attack is much cleaner and more versatile.
  The basic attack is now a charge up laser, it fires 3 lasers, at a 50% damage modifier, so all 3 hits is a 1.5x damage multiplier, on hit, each laser has a 50% chance to spawn a destructible crystal. 
  Improvements to the emissives on the staff as well.
  Secondary eitr cost increased, and damage increased, It now spawns a rainbow field that deals repeated elemental damage.
  The DOT is now a rainbow flame effect instead of rainbow sparks, this makes it more obvious to tell when you've made an enemy vulnerable
- New ammunitions, one for Ravalon and one for Nyphrion
  The new gunbolt, demolition bolt, is designed for destroying trees and rocks, giving more utility to the weapon as a whole. Crafted at the Forge
  The new arrow, shattershot arrow, is designed as an alternate to the endgame aoe arrow, for those that want tighter and higher damage, and less aoe. Crafted at the Blackforge.

- adjusted some adrenaline gain values for blocking and parrying on certain trinkets that were too high
- Excevior is now a 3 piece set bonus with a trinket cape, dagger, and defender, the defender can now be crafted as soon as the black forest, and scales up to mistlands along with excevior.
- Ziralux cape is now a trinket and appropriately goes into the trinket slot.
- Made it so that QuelTalia, Mavanhar, and Ignavius, act as two handed weapons despite being one handed, to prevent getting the set bonus via dual wielding, it was not intended for you to be able to get it pre mistlands since it is way too strong earlygame.

- adjusted the base volume for all weapon effects down to 80% 
- deleted some duplicated znetview parts in excevior, seravi, and ravalons DOT effects that were causing log spam errors.
- for some reason prisvallia was missing a shader on its adrenaline effect, this is now fixed as well.

- Detailed weapon adjustments/balancing:
  Rageborn Hastiel seconadary triple spear throw damage slightly reduced from a 1.5x damage modifier per spear down to a 1x modifier, projectile spread is very slightly tigher as well, also it now has a 10% chance on its basic attack to deal an extra 100 pierce, and 50 slash in a radius of 2.5 with a special effect.
  Infernal Ignavius secondary stamina cost 70 to 100
  Fearborn Mavanhar secondary stamina cost 70 to 80, also reduced its secondary aoe damage from 10 slash/pierce and 15 lightning, down to 5 slash/pierce, keeping the 15 lightning.
  Penumbral Excevior secondary stamina cost 75 to 60, also increased backstab bonus from 6 to 7, also reduced attack force of secondary from 50 to 25
  Illuminant Prisvallia secondary eitr cost 100 to 75
  Deific Seravi secondary inner projectile damage reduced from 125 slash/pierce and 100 spirit, down to 100 slash/pierce, and 75 spirit. However, the base damage modifier for the initial slashes is now at a 2.5x modifier instead of a 2x modifier.
  Effulgent Ziralux secondary stamina cost 70 to 85, also slightly reduced the damage of extra lightning strikes from 25 Pierce/Lighting to 20 of each instead.
  Awakened Quel Talia secondary stamina from 50 to 75, also increased secondary aoe size from 3.5 to 4
  Windblessed Nyphrion 3rd tier arrows aoe tick rate from 0.5s to 1s, also reduced the aoe uptime from 15s to 10s, also adjusted its damage from 5 blunt/slash/pierce and 30 poison to 10 pierce and 30 poison..

- I forgot to rotate base Nyphrion's bowstring along with it when I made it fit the player hand, so it was slightly(alot) off. Its now fixed
- Adjusted Stamina and Draw times for Nyphrion that I missed when setting up weapon stats.
- Also added the special firing sound effect to base Nyphrion, it should have had it before, I just forgot to add it and didnt notice til now.

- adjusted a few stagger values to be more balanced in earlygame 
- made progression skips by having the weapons craft with their special item and eikthyrs trophy, mainly for servers that place the items in the world and have them disabled from dropping.
- adjusted the sound volume of most of the adrenaline effects to be 80% of vanilla sfx (20% quieter), as a note, these utilize the sound effects slider, not the music or ambience.

- the bolts and arrows for Ravalon and Nyphrion were set to the wrong crafting stations, should be fixed now. (You may have to delete the old configuration file)
