BulkSmelt

BulkSmelt is a quality-of-life (QoL) mod for Valheim designed to eliminate the tedious grind of manually loading processing stations. Instead of spamming the E key dozens of times, this mod lets you instantly fill your stations with a single key press.

Features

Instant Bulk Loading: Hold Shift and press E to instantly fill a station with all required resources directly from your inventory.
Supported Stations:
- Charcoal Kiln: Bulk add wood.
- Smelter & Blast Furnace: Bulk add fuel (coal) and ore (Copper, Tin, Iron, Silver, Black Metal, Flametal).
- Windmill: Bulk add Barley.
- Spinning Wheel: Bulk add Flax.
- Eitr Refinery: Bulk add Soft Tissue (fuel) and Sap (material).
In-Game Notifications: Displays a clear on-screen message showing exactly how many items or fuel pieces were inserted.
Fully Customizable: Toggle the mod on/off, or set a resource limit per station in the config file.

Configuration

After launching the game with the mod installed for the first time, a configuration file named ChillCodeClub.BulkSmelt.cfg will be generated in your BepInEx/config folder.

Inside, you can customize:

Mod Enabled: Toggle the entire mod functionality on or off.
Toggle Key: Set an in-game hotkey to quickly enable/disable the mod. (The bulk-fill shortcut itself is fixed to Shift + E and cannot be rebound.)
Resource Limits: Set custom maximum limits for Wood, Coal, Soft Tissue, every ore, Sap, Barley, and Flax — setting a value to 0 fills the station completely.

Installation

Ensure you have the BepInEx Pack for Valheim installed.
Download the mod archive.
Extract and place BulkSmelt.dll into your Valheim/BepInEx/plugins folder.
Launch the game and enjoy seamless smelting.

Known limitation

Per-resource limits default to the real vanilla station capacities (Kiln 25 wood, Smelter/Blast Furnace 20 coal / 10 ore, Windmill 50 barley, Spinning Wheel 40 flax, Eitr Refinery 20 Sap / 20 Soft Tissue). Set 0 for any of them to always fill to the station's real max instead of a fixed number.
