Crossbow Reload Tweak

Description

You have used and are still using mods that tweak weapons or behaviors so game doesn't feel as easy as it is?

Or you simply think shooting and kiting on crossbow is very easy and compared to it's damage output you think it outmatches bow by far?

So, the main point of this mod is to try to eliminate kite & shoot faceroll combat and make it more challenging.

Here; all in easy, configurable settings:

Wanna get slowed down while reloading?
Wanna reload slowly WHILE you are moving on top of it?
To counter these debuffs I thought of an advanced rewarding crossbow usage system; last tweakable option is to make you reload faster while you're standing still.

You can tweak any of these settings as you like. You can even leave the ones you don't prefer in their vanilla settings from the configuration.

Enable: Turn on or off the feature.

Modifier: Multiply jog speed while reloading.

Enable: Turn on or off the feature.
