Then there's Epic Loot, adds enchanting, cool bounty missions (merchant) to encourage exploration and of course, magical items. FUN

More decoration mods, Clutter and More Gates for more viking stuff. FUN

You can plant everything too, maybe a bit broken for stone and wood but if you use it right no need to forage for berries and you can build nice gardens. Oowee! FUN

You can start a mega project without needing to grind your ass off, 4000 wood needed for a sweet longhouse build, In Vanilla that's ~5 wood per tree so... approximately 800 trees and grey hair after you're done. With this mod pack we're looking at ~17 wood per tree. Oh yeah, you can build it now! FUN
