No Wood Portals

• A simple alternative to full No Portals mode
• Disables the wood portal build option
• Still allows late-game fast travel via stone portals
• Admins can still build wood portals with debugmode

Valheim's Portal Modifiers don't have this option

Early access to portals dramatically shrinks Valheim’s world:

• Oceans become irrelevant
• Roads, carts, boats, and outposts lose meaning
