Installation Notes

• Install this modpack on a new mod profile.
  Installing over an existing profile may cause AzuAntiCheat to kick you.
• The server is pre-configured and appears directly in the main menu after installation.
• You can only join with a new character.

Do not update individual mods manually.
Only update Voluspa_Modpack when an official update is released.

Server Info & Philosophy

• Modpack author, Dumba, has been running many worlds, public and private, for years at a time.
• New world seeds are typically started only when new biomes are released, or after very long periods of player inactivity.
• Admins may selectively regenerate parts of the world for:
  • Performance reasons
  • Extreme resource scarcity

Progression is governed by the World Advancement Progression mod:

• Progression is player-based, not server-wide
• Players must defeat world bosses to unlock progression
• Items and abilities from higher-tier biomes remain unusable until the corresponding boss has been defeated

Things to consider:

• Protect structures you care about using an Arcane Ward
• Raids are disabled to improve performance for larger builds
• Avoid overly large, dense settlements if performance is a concern

Troubleshooting — Incompatible Version Error

There is a known Valheim bug that can cause a language mismatch error.

Fix:

1. Change your game language to something other than English (e.g. Spanish), then exit the game
2. Relaunch the game, switch the language back to English, then exit again
3. Start the game and join the server
